Forte's degas tank presents a challenge to fit an upper radiator hose
-
short tight bend and 1-1/2 outlet fitting to 1-1/4" stock radiator inlet

I brought home several hoses from NAPA to try out. The best fit was NAPA hose # 8661 with 2 cuts. # 8402 would probably have worked but I cut it too short. Mike Forte sent me an adapter of rubber that fits inside the 1-1/2 hose and makes it a tight 1-1/4" fit

The hose installed. Clamps will be used but not necessary to keep hose on the fittings! Very tight fit

NAPA hose # 7472 once cut is a perfect fit for the waterpump outlet to the degas tank. Dick Calhoun gave me this hose

the goodyear # is 60866. Spectre Hose can use the goodyear # to make a custom SS braided hose to dress up the engine compartment
